2007 Photo Contest

Frame Hardwoods will award the top 4 entries a total of $1000 to the contestants that submit the best material that meets the qualifications listed below. Judging will be done by a majority vote of the 5 people in our marketing department. This contest is for remodeling /recover applications only. New construction does not qualify. The contest is open to all installers, dealers, and homeowners.

  1. Before and after photos of the job must be digital format
    • Photos must show the room/job before any work was started. The photos must show the general area and as much of the room as is possible.
    • “After” photo must be from the same angle and show the same room scene.
    • Photos need to be of high quality to be considered. The photos will be used for marketing on a national level.
      • Clear view of the room with 35%-45% of the frame showing the floor.
      • Lighting must be good and allow the viewer to see the details of the room and the floor.
      • Do not include people or pets in the photos
    • All photos become the property of Frame Hardwoods, Inc. We will not use names or addresses in marketing unless a dealer gives permission for the dealership name and the city where the job is located. No street addresses or customer’s names will be used
  2. A written testimonials must be included that explains:
    • A written description of the job and the reason for recover.
    • A brief description / time line for the work
    • Any problems that occurred and how they were resolved
    • A short description of the quality of the material used.
    • Total cost or selling price of the job.

Judging will take place January 2, 2008 with winners announced on January 7, 2008. All entries must be received by December 28, 2007. Entries MUST include the name, address, city/state/province and phone number of the person entering the contest.
